In the meantime, compliance with this code does not exempt its user from any liability arises. The translation of this Code is organized by Water Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, PRC and undertaken by CCCC Third Harbor Consultants Co., Ltd. If any different interpretation arises between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Water Transport Bureau is in charge of the administration and explanation of this Code.
